MOONCAKE MAKING CLASS

Mid-Autumn is coming and MOONCAKE is the quintessential part of MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL.

The cake has a thin shell fill with various sweet paste, most common being green bean paste

with salted egg. There are three main steps to make this basic MOONCAKE. Whether you

are a beginner or planning on becoming the next master chef, our mooncake making class is

for you. 

Class will be taken place from 13:30 to 16:00 September 28th for all inhouse guests.
