Job Description:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth, welcoming check-in experience, following resort policies and procedures.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all required information is processed correctly.
- Provide guests with accurate information about amenities, services, local attractions, dining options, and other inquiries in a professional and approachable manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, assisting with inquiries, requests, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, working to resolve issues and enhance the guest experience.
- Process payments and verify payment details, ensuring accurate handling of financial transactions, including cash and credit cards.
- Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, etc.) to ensure guest requests are addressed promptly and effectively.

Qualifications
- At least 01 year experience in service
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and manage various duties in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
